A team that moves together

Know The Next Step On Every Lead Contact Conversation

Know who owns each lead, what was said, and what happens next. Kadence brings contacts, conversations, pipelines, and tasks into one workspace so your team can act without waiting for you.

Current Reality

You Became The System That Holds Everything Together.

Your team works hard, but the context lives in separate inboxes, spreadsheets, and chat threads. Keeping everyone aligned has become another job on your already full calendar.

The Answer Is In An Inbox

A client asks for an update, but the last conversation lives with someone else. Getting the full story takes another message and another wait.

Ownership Gets Blurry

Two people follow up with the same prospect while another waits untouched. Everyone thought someone else was handling the next step.

Handoffs Lose The Details

A producer passes a contact to support without the notes that explain what was promised. Your client has to tell the story again.

Every Update Comes To You

You spend the day asking who called, what changed, and what is overdue. The team needs your attention just to keep ordinary work moving.

Built For The Workday

A Clearer Way To Work Together

  • 1 Contact Record A shared place for client context
  • 1 Conversation View Connected messages together
  • 1 Assigned Owner A clear person for the next step
  • 1 Team Workspace Pipelines and tasks in reach
How it works

From Scattered Work To Clear Next Steps

Open the contact, see the conversation, and act on the next task. Everyone works from the same record.

01

Open The Contact

Find the contact details, notes, and connected conversations together. Your team can see what the person needs before picking up the phone.

02

Assign The Next Step

Give the lead an owner and the next task a due date. Producers and support staff can see who is responsible before anyone sends another message.

03

Make Progress Visible

Move opportunities through your pipeline as the work progresses. See which conversations need a follow-up, which appointments are booked, and which next steps are waiting.

04

Keep Handoffs Moving

Pass the conversation notes and next task to the person taking over. Reminders help them follow through without making the client explain everything again.

05

Clear The Bottlenecks

Review overdue tasks and opportunities waiting for attention. Use your team check-in to resolve the work that is stuck and give the next step a clear owner.

FAQ

One Team, One Place

What agency owners ask before bringing the team into Kadence.

What does running the team in one place include?

Contacts, connected conversations, opportunity pipelines, assignments, notes, and tasks live in the Kadence workspace. We configure the daily workflow around your team. Carrier portals and specialist systems may still remain part of your operation.

Can we keep our existing contacts?

We review your current contact data and agree on the import scope during setup. The source format, available fields, and cleanup needed determine what can move. We confirm those details before the team starts working in the new workspace.

How do we avoid two agents working the same lead?

We establish assignment rules and make contact ownership visible. Your team uses that ownership and the conversation history when deciding who acts next. Good routing and a shared operating habit work together.

Can producers and support staff work differently?

Yes. We configure responsibilities and appropriate access for producers, support staff, and managers. A producer can focus on the conversation while support sees the notes and handles the tasks assigned to them.

Is this only for large agencies?

No. A smaller agency benefits from clear ownership just as a larger team does. We build around the people and handoffs you have today, so you are not adopting a complicated structure simply to get organized.

Does this replace production and commission reporting?

The workspace helps you manage daily contacts, activity, tasks, and opportunities. Production reporting and commission tracking are separate capability areas with their own setup and data requirements. We can scope them alongside your team workspace.

How much work does my team need to do during setup?

Your team confirms the contact data, responsibilities, pipeline stages, and handoffs. Kadence handles configuration and training. Timing depends on the migration scope and how quickly those decisions and inputs are ready.
