Research & Benchmarks
The Kadence Research Team publishes original, first-party research on how life insurance distribution captures leads, follows up, and gets found, so producers and agencies have real numbers to work from instead of industry folklore.
First-party data, not recycled stats
The strongest research is the kind nobody else can publish. We report first-party benchmarks drawn from aggregated, de-identified activity across the Kadence platform and our own content operation: speed-to-lead and follow-up patterns across life insurance distribution, how producers and agencies are cited by AI answer engines, and the throughput of a modern content pipeline. Where we cite outside figures, they are attributed to their primary source.
How a benchmark is built
Each benchmark defines its dataset explicitly: what is counted, over what window, and how it is aggregated. Numbers come from real records rather than estimates, personal or client-identifying data is never part of a published figure, and every report links back to the methodology that governs it. The intent is a number you could reconstruct from the definition, not a headline you have to take on faith.
Why we publish it
Producers, agencies, and IMO networks make real decisions on speed to lead, marketing spend, and search visibility, and most of the numbers floating around the industry are guesses. Publishing what we can measure gives operators a real reference point, and it holds us to the same standard we ask of the tools we build.
